Operations Manager
With over a decade of global refrigeration design experience, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia. As a certified mechanical engineer, I thrive on taking on complex projects with unwavering dedication, firmly convinced that no challenge is insurmountable. My strengths lie in fostering cross-continental teamwork and fostering a culture of continuous learning through diverse cultural experiences.
Beyond my professional commitments, I take great delight in exploring diverse countries and cherishing invaluable moments with my vibrant children, who constantly keep me engaged.
Claudsen Goes
CAD Engineer
I bring strong skills in CAD modelling, project planning, and problem-solving developed through my technical experience in healthcare facility management and fibre-reinforced composite manufacturing.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll either find me on a football field, at the gym, or exploring new trails on my two wheels for some fresh adventure.

With experience in CAD and application work in refrigeration design, I bring a strong foundation in problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, a dedicated Manchester United supporter, and enjoy travelling and exploring diverse global cuisines.

Team leader
As an experienced Mechanical Engineer, specializing in mechanical machine maintenance and HVAC – Refrigeration system handling, I have acquired a deep understanding of refrigeration systems, and my time here has allowed me to develop and refine excellent customer service skills, which I continue to apply and enhance in my role. I am passionate about leading and developing my team to grow better and stronger with positive and growth-oriented perspective that empowers us all, ensuring each deliverable contributes to the overall success.
During my time off, I like exploring new destinations and covering miles with enthusiasm hitting open roads, traversing scenic routes with a beaming smile. This blend of hands-on experience and adventurous spirit keeps me engaged and enthusiastic in all aspects of life.

With a strong commitment to excellence and growth, I currently serve as the Call desk Supervisor at Climadesign Asia LLP. Outside of work, I’m passionate about exploring new cuisines over dinner parties with loved ones and staying active through cycling. I enjoy music, modern culture, and staying up to date with the latest technology as I expand my knowledge as an engineer.

With background in electronic hardware design and service operations, I have built a good foundation in circuit design and improved my communication and problem-solving skills. These skills now help me do my job better as an Operations Coordinator and work well with my team.
